Bullion AI Refund Policy
At Bullion AI, we provide digital subscription-based access to AI-powered market analysis, signals, and trading tools. Because access to digital services may begin immediately after purchase, refund requests are reviewed according to the policy below.
Eligible Refund Cases
- • Duplicate charges for the same subscription or order.
- • Accidental billing caused by a clear technical or payment processing error.
- • Verified technical issues that prevent access to the paid service and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.
- • A refund request submitted within 7 days of the original purchase, when no meaningful use of the paid service has occurred, subject to review.
Non-Refundable Cases
- • Change of mind after purchase.
- • Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle.
- • Dissatisfaction based on trading outcomes, market losses, or performance expectations.
- • Requests made after extensive or substantial use of the paid service.
- • Delays or issues caused by third-party platforms, banks, payment providers, or internet access outside our control.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically generate a refund for charges already processed.
When a subscription is canceled, access normally continues until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in writing by Bullion AI.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge date. Please include your account email, payment details, date of charge, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Bullion AI provides analysis tools and informational services only. Refund decisions do not depend on user trading results, profitability, or market conditions.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that conflict with this policy, involve abuse, or relate to substantial service usage after purchase.
